Baesurisal salt has the features of the salt from Castro Marim.

 It is composed by chrystals of varied and irregular granules, shiny in colou,r naturally pure and heavy metals, pesticide waste or radioactivity free.

On account of the process of hand-harvesting , it only doesn’t contain any additives, but also keeps the richness of the minerals and oligoelements (sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, manganese, iodine and fluorine), all of which found in sea water, an essencial source for the balance of body functions and, therefore, for our wellfare, most of all, for its richness in magnesium, essencial in the  metabolic enzyme reactions and for its balanced relation between sodium and potassium percentages.
